Critical/Non Critical perspective relationship for lit search

The Positive Value of a Non Critical Attitude: "Flow"

This is not to say Suspending Criticism is not an (if not the) ESSENTIAL ASPECT of facilitating and accessing Creative Potential in the individual...

Its an essential limb of the process

However, the complimentary limb is the Critical Intellect ......

The Value of Intellect

The value of intellect is precisely that, it can, when used appropriately, act as a bridge in relation to creative flow....

allowing

1. Continuance of flow..
2. A means of crossing over flow without blocking it...
3. A means of observing flow..

1. In Practise of Creative Flow:

The point of intellect is as a critical steersman to navigate to the "target.." (mission, value, aim?)(collective/individual?)

However in relation to self organising systems it can be a block which stops us

Much as a short term target can sometimes blind us from a long term mission...

2. In a Meta Context:

It can offer an overview of both critical practise and experimental expressive flow providing space and structure for a positive relation between the two to develop...

3. Observing Flow:

We can choose to observe expressive flow, suspend judgement, and look back at the outcome and join the dots later...

creative flow can sometime get confused with desires/fear based on imagery/stereotypes which can be imposed...

*The value of intellect is that it can critique itself.... thus provide space for positive creative flow, and at the same time protect us from potentially dangerous emotive expression based on divisive imagery...

*The danger of the intellect is that is can cut us off from allowing and exploring the self organising nature of our random creative expressive flow which can be a key to developing and maintining a wholistic faith...
