The derive provides the opportunity to meet and question/interview people re their view/knowledge of the random journeying...
At this stage I am exploring some simple questions:
Have you heard of the word 'Derive'?
Have you ever been on a Random Journey? What type / when?
Do you think Random Journeying could be of value?
In what ways?
I am exploring asking these and recording the answers via phone/recorder
Or on printing them on cards an handing them out, with a web address of a survey ( I may need a competition as enticement)
The advantage of either methods are different:
Recording aural response:
More likely to get answers
Handing out cards:
More opportunity for elaboration
