How the Dominant discourse of Institution / Expertise (Art/Design Dept?),   (its systems of norms, techniques,types of classification, modes of characterisation (1972:45) position subjects, re Random Expressive Flow.


How does the discourse around the introduced concept of "Random Expressive Flow" develop .... (perhaps measured / recorded during a random journey ) ?


 (Does it  lead people on "safe walks" (Foucault)  due to the the internalised paranoia of panopticism etc... how does this relate to existensial/ecological safety?)



Could/ Should / How is/can the marginalised discourse?" 


Random Expressive Flow be introduced supported... in a modernist institution?

How does the Art dept fulfill this role...


How could technology be used (Bridge)


Methods:
