Habermas Question

Context

The  system (re)creates institutions / disourse that enable strategic/instrumental  which attempt to colonise the lifeworlds sabotaging its natural communicative rationality (at the social/physical/conceptual) levels. Via expert language games (Wittgenstein, Winch)etc

Can  Rationality be extended to a discussion of Random Expressive Flow, does this help communicative discourse....
