Signal/Noise and Exchange Value : Research Theory Notes


Our binary  dualistic micro  computer system networks (in the macro global economic sense) measure value by exchange
exchange value -  why?

MEeasurement of distinction/ change    ( - 'ME' -individualism and ego)
Individualised Categorisation/Classification (Flat Plane) is simple and binary....
Difference can be measured... more subtly of difference...

Indeterminate Signal

Examples - selecting edible food source from nature ...

Effective Signals > Are being Automated

  listen for  signal , Identify Signal, Select action, Implement action.

Noise > Signal

How: InclusiveListening, Random Reminders, Random Expressive Flow, Lateral Thinking

Why?: New Signals, More subtle signals, changes in signals

Why research?
What is the value of research
A prerequisite for valuing research is that there
Must be a distinction between Natural and Designed Abstract Systems
Aknowledge we do not "Know"
this is the start..
Why, if we do if there is no difference we do not need to learn more...

Example re edible food source.....Context may have changed

Going back to start - Re-Searching is what research is about...
But need to marshall all arguments in favor of this with clarity and effectiveness
so those concerned with construction  will listen...


There are philosophical questions of great importance
they are not scientific questions
Science cannot validate its own method and where it is value where it is lacking...

Philosophy is more than just a discourse around concepts in the sense of only  'talking about talking'
It is concerned with the phenomenal experience and how we abstract from that personal experience to general 'facts'
How we reduce and rationalise and why we induce...
But also looking at the foundations of our logic and science and language... do we need to make allowances for any biases that arise from those (such as the excluded middle...)
