Context Frame: Development

As an alternative to displaying context info in a  Horizontal Bar above the screen.There is the potential to edit the style and content of the page as it loads into the browser, hence it may be possible to place a "context frame"  around a  streaming video source (News, Advert etc)  within the webpage....
